CAVU eCommerce has agreed to a $425,000 class action lawsuit settlement to resolve claims it failed to disclose mandatory service charges for online bookings on airportparkingreservations.com and airportparking.com.

The CAVU eCommerce settlement benefits California residents who made a reservation through airportparkingreservations.com or airportparking.com and paid a mandatory service charge at checkout between July 1, 2024, and March 10, 2025.

According to allegations made in the class action lawsuit this settlement is resolving, CAVU eCommerce failed to disclose mandatory service charges for online bookings on airportparkingreservations.com and airportparking.com. These undisclosed CAVU eCommerce service fees allegedly violated California’s Honest Pricing Law.

CAVU eCommerce is an online travel company that operates airport parking reservation websites.

CAVU eCommerce hasn’t admitted to any wrongdoing but agreed to a $425,000 class action lawsuit settlement to resolve these allegations.

Under the terms of the CAVU eCommerce settlement, class members can receive a cash payment based on the amount they paid in CAVU eCommerce service fees. No payment estimates are available at this time.

In addition to providing monetary relief, CAVU eCommerce also agreed to clearly and conspicuously disclose its service charges in accordance with California law.

The deadline for exclusion and objection is Nov. 7, 2025.

The final approval hearing for the settlement is scheduled for Dec. 1, 2025.

In order to receive settlement benefits, class members must submit a valid claim form by Jan. 15, 2026.
