Class members received settlement notices with their workweek calculations as determined by the settlement administrator.

The final approval hearing for the settlement is scheduled for Nov. 8, 2024.

No claim form is required to benefit from the AOCLSC settlement. However, class members have until Sept. 9, 2024, to challenge the number of work weeks allotted to them in their settlement notices.
