NaturaLawn agreed to a $500,000 class action lawsuit settlement to resolve claims it violated the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) with unsolicited text messages.
The NaturaLawn class action settlement benefits consumers who received two or more text messages from NaturaLawn within a 12-month period after asking the company to stop sending messages.
According to a class action lawsuit, NaturaLawn sends unsolicited text messages to consumers in violation of the TCPA. The TCPA prohibits telemarketers from contacting consumers without their express consent, including consumers who have actively opted out of spam texts.
NaturaLawn is an environmentally friendly lawn care company with locations across the United States.
NaturaLawn has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to a $500,000 class action settlement to resolve these allegations.
Under the terms of the NaturaLawn class action settlement, class members can receive a cash payment. According to the settlement website, each claimant could receive up to $217 for every text message they received after opting out. However, exact payment amounts will vary depending on the number of participating class members.
The deadline for exclusion and objection is Dec. 8, 2025.
The final approval hearing for the NaturaLawn settlement is scheduled for Dec. 10, 2025.
To receive a settlement payment, class members must submit a valid claim form by Jan. 6, 2026.
If you opted out of marketing texts but the company kept messaging you, they may have violated the TCPA, and you may qualify to seek up to $1,500 per TCPA violation. See if you quality for a free evaluation.
