Integris Health agreed to a $30 million class action lawsuit settlement to resolve claims it failed to prevent a 2023 data breach.
The Integris Health settlement benefits individuals whose personal information was or may have been accessed or acquired in the Integris Health data breach on Nov. 28, 2023.
Integris Health is a health care system in Oklahoma. According to a class action lawsuit, Integris Health failed to prevent a data breach that occurred in November 2023.
Plaintiffs in the Integris data breach class action lawsuit claim that Integris Health could have prevented the breach through reasonable cybersecurity measures. The company’s failure to implement these measures allegedly led to the breach and put consumers at risk for fraud and identity theft.
Integris Health has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to a $30 million class action settlement to resolve the allegations.
Under the terms of the Integris settlement, class members can receive up to $25,000 for documented losses related to the data breach or an alternative pro rata cash payment estimated at $100.
The Integris data breach settlement also provides three years of free credit monitoring services from the three major credit bureaus. These services will include up to $1 million of identity theft insurance.
The deadline for exclusion and objection is Nov. 21, 2025.
The final approval hearing for the Integris Health data breach settlement is scheduled for Dec. 16, 2025.
To receive settlement benefits, class members must submit a valid claim form by Dec. 22, 2025.
