Finding plaintiffs is an important step in the process of righting consumer wrongs through class action litigation.

Plaintiffs can also aid in the investigative stage of a class action lawsuit, as attorneys pour over the facts to determine whether a case could eventually be brought to trial.

Top Class Actions has several ways to help attorney’s locate plaintiffs, including by offering advertising opportunities and the ability to offer a free case evaluation for consumers looking to join a class action lawsuit investigation

Attorneys who use TCA for advertising can generally expect to receive hundreds of potential plaintiff leads within their very first month.

TCA’s mass tort advertisers, meanwhile, can, depending on the case type, expect anywhere from 50 to more than 100 prospective plaintiffs per campaign, which will be exclusively owned on a month-to-month basis.

The high rate of return can be traced back to TCA’s popularity amongst consumers looking into class action litigation, with Google ranking the site the number one resource for consumer legal news.

TCA’s advertising strategies have also been shown to have a positive effect on legitimate claim rates, with advertisers seeing an increase of up to 25%.

As part of an advertising package, attorneys will have pages dedicated to them written specifically for their target audience by TCA staff who are up to date on the latest SEO strategies and practices.

TCA also provides advertisers with a digital marketing strategy custom made for their needs and the inclusion in a newsletter that is sent out to 900,000 subscribers.

Attorneys who partner with TCA can also have their cases posted on the open lawsuit section of the site, which hosts dozens of class action lawsuits currently in the investigative stage.

Consumers who are looking to join a class action lawsuit are provided with all the necessary information needed to see if they qualify and given a form to fill out to receive a free case evaluation.

Being able to reach out to these consumers directly is a benefit for attorneys as it provides a direct pathway to potential plaintiffs who have already expressed interest and explained their situation.

This streamlined process is mutually beneficial for consumers and for attorneys looking to find plaintiffs to be a part of their class action lawsuits.

How do I get in in on the Kia Class Action Lawsuit? Our Kia Forte FE was stolen last Monday 09/19-2022. The alarm did not go off which allowed the ignition to start with anything. Glass was left by busting out the window. Didn’t know anything about this til my neighbor told me about the Kia thing. Doesn’t look like it’s gonna be found according to police. It’s been a week. Any info of how to file a claim would be appreciated. In Gresham Oregon.
