By Matt O’Donnell

SlimquickGood news for anyone who purchased Slimquick, Liquid Hoodia Extreme or NV — Wellnx, the manufacturer of these weight-loss supplements, has reached a class action lawsuit settlement over allegations it made misleading statements in its product labeling and advertising. As a result, anyone who purchased Liquid Hoodia Extreme, NV or Slimquick within the past eight years can file a claim to receive up to $28 from the class action settlement — no proof of purchase necessary!

The Wellnx settlement will resolve a series of 16 class action lawsuits filed against the company in 2007 that alleged Wellnx made false and misleading statements in the labeling and advertising of the products listed below, in violation of various states’ consumer protection laws.
