A class action lawsuit accuses online merchant Restaurant.com of selling thousands of restaurant coupons to restaurants that are not in business.

Is there still a class action suit against Restaurant.com. I’m having problems even accessing my points. Every time I call them they are asymptotically closer to a solution but never get there. I have $300 worth of points that I cannot use due to closed restaurants, ones that have closed, restaurants that state they have no business relationship, etc. I asked how I can cash out my points but they claim there is now way to do this.
Wow same here is Bridgeport CT. But worse. Of the 11 offerings none exist. One place is an empty lot. The others closed or put on Restaurant.com’s website without permission. It’s sad.
Now I’ll need to file a complaint with my A.G.

I just bought $50 worth thinking I was buying $50 worth of food at one of the 10 places available in this area but, when I looked a bit closer I realized it was not that easy. Using the $50 I have to buy these deals available for each venue. For example, a pizza place up the street offers me $25 worth menu items for $10 with a $50 minimum. Who spends that much on pizza? I havnt tried to use it yet but, I will tomorrow to see if I even can spend it.

I own a restaurnat in Alabama we thought it was a good idea not only misrepresent but they are impossible to get free from, I would be happy be a part of a class action suit

Restaurant.com Fraud Class Action Lawsuit
I bought $300.00 worth of these @ Christmas time. They are suppose to be life-long use. If they are doing this to Florida customer’s, it would be suffice to say they are doing this to EVERYONE!. My daughter live’s in Kansas, I live in Oklahoma. I gave her some of these for Christmas. Afterward’s, I checked restaurant’s in her area. There are ONLY TWO! These are very restrictive. You can ONLY use them on certain day’s,@ certain time’s, 20% gratuity is taken off the top of the coupon before you even get your check @ end of dinner. They are for dine in ONLY! One out of these TWO, doesn’t allow children! I feel like I just flushed my money down the toilet!!! AND IT’S EMBARASSING TO GIVE THESE AS GIFT’S AS I HAD PLANNED WHEN I PURCHASED THEM!! THIS CLASS ACTION NEED’S TO BE EXPANDED, TO INCLUDE EVERYONE WHO PURCHASED THIS CRAP!!!>:o>:o
