Payless Shoesource Text Class Action Settlement

Did you receive an unsolicited text message from Payless Shoesource between 2005 and 2010? If so, you can file a claim to receive a merchandise certificate worth up to $25 from a class action lawsuit settlement.
The Payless text ad settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit, entitled Mohammad Kazemi v. Payless Shoesource, Inc., that alleges Payless violated federal law by sending unwanted and unsolicited text messages to cell phone subscribers promoting Payless products.
Payless denies wrongdoing but has agreed to a $6 million class action lawsuit settlement to resolve the litigatoin.
Class Members of the Payless text class action settlement include anyone who received one or more text messages promoting Payless products between October 29, 2005 and October 5, 2010.
Class Members that submit a valid claim form postmarked no later than February 6, 2012 will receive a merchandise certificate worth up to $25. This amount may be reduced pro rata based on the number of people who file claims.
