Missouri Auto Dealership Gives $224 Gift Cards to Customers in Class Action Settlement

Missouri residents: If you purchased or leased a vehicle from a Jay Wolfe auto dealership and were charged a document preparation fee or similar fee, you may be entitled to a gift card that refunds a portion of that fee from a proposed class action settlement.

In order to qualify for the class action settlement, you must have purchased or leased a vehicle during the designated time period, which is different for each dealership.

Jay Wolfe Honda
If you purchased or leased a vehicle from Jay Wolfe Honda between June 3, 2003 and July 30, 2009, you have until May 31, 2010 to file a claim.

Jay Wolfe Toyota
If you purchased or leased a vehicle from Jay Wolfe Toyota between June 12, 2003 and July 30, 2009, you have until May 31, 2010 to file a claim.

Jay Wolfe Acura
If you purchased or leased a vehicle from Jay Wolfe Acura between November 30, 2004 and July 30, 2009, you have until May 31, 2010 to file a claim.

Acura of Springfield
If you purchased or leased a vehicle from Acura of Springfield between August 14, 2004 and July 30, 2009, you have until May 31, 2010 to file a claim.

Jay Wolfe Toyota Scion of West County
If you purchased or leased a vehicle from Jay Wolfe Toyota Scion of West County between January 2, 2004 and July 30, 2009, you have until May 31, 2010 to file a claim.

The gift card amounts vary depending on the time period you purchased or leased a vehicle from Jay Wolfe and can be used toward any goods and/or services provided by the dealership where you purchased or leased a vehicle.

(1) Jay Wolfe Honda agrees to provide a Gift Card worth $224.25 to Class Members who purchased or leased a vehicle between June 3, 2006 and July 30, 2009. (75% of the $299.00 fee paid)

(2) Jay Wolfe Honda agrees to provide a Gift Card worth $149.50 to Class Members who purchased or leased a vehicle between January 1, 2006 and June 2, 2006. (50% of the $299.00 fee paid)

(3) Jay Wolfe Honda agrees to provide a Gift Card worth $99.50 to Class Members who purchased or leased a car between June 3, 2003 and December 31, 2005. (50% of the $199.00 fee paid)
