  • Why: The sleepwear fails to meet flammability standards, posing a burn risk.
  • Where: The recall is effective in the United States, specifically in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Kentucky.

A Meijer recall has been issued for over 211,000 units of  MCS and Lullaby Lane children’s sleepwear due to a potential burn hazard.

“The recalled sleepwear violates the mandatory flammability standard for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children,” the recall notice says.

The recall, announced Feb. 19, involves various styles of MCS and Lullaby Lane sleepwear branded one-piece footed sleepwear for children aged 12, 18, and 24 months.

The recall notice says that the sleepwear includes styles such as Heart, XOXO, Lucky Shamrock and Bunny. The garments were sold at prices ranging from $5 to $12 in Meijer stores located in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Kentucky.

The items, manufactured in Thailand, were sold in Meijer stores across the six states between December 2024 and October 2025. The garments feature style numbers such as 7903815, 7903816, 7903824, and 7903830, which can be found on a sewn-in side-seam label.

Consumers are urged to immediately discontinue use of the recalled sleepwear and return the items to any Meijer store for a full refund.
