Kyte Baby announces recall for slumber suit

Kyte Baby is recalling around 20,500 slumber suits over concerns they violate federal flammability regulations for children’s sleepwear. 

The recall involves Kyte Baby Slumber Suits — a one-piece sleep garment for babies — sold in the colors Midnight, Taro, Slate, Sage, Blush, Cloud, Alpine Village, Crepe, Racoon, Eucalyptus, Jurassic, Blue Heron, Cloud Poppies, Haze, Midnight Poppies and Coastline.

Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the recalled slumber suits and contact Kyte Baby to receive instructions on how to destroy the products in order to obtain a full refund or store credit for the original purchase price. 

Kyte Baby contacting all known purchasers directly, says slumber suit recall

No injuries have been reported in connection with the recall; the company is contacting all known purchasers of the recalled slumber suits directly. 

The recalled slumber suits were sold on Kyte Baby’s website for around $75 from November 2022 through March 2024, according to the slumber suit recall.

Perrigo Company issued a separate recall in August involving a children’s product with a recall for 16,500 cans of baby formula. The August recall was initiated over concerns the baby formula contained elevated levels of Vitamin D.
