High Noon is recalling its Beach Variety 12-packs after discovering a significant labeling error.

The High Noon vodka seltzer recall affects two lots of the product, where cans intended to contain Celsius Astro Vibe Energy Drink were mistakenly filled with High Noon vodka seltzer. This mix-up could lead to unintentional alcohol consumption, as the mislabeled cans are part of the High Noon packaging but bear the branding of Celsius energy drinks.

The recall was announced on July 29 and posted on the FDA website July 30. The affected products are 12-pack, 12-ounce cans with silver lids, distributed in several states, including Florida, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin.

The lot codes for the recalled High Noon Beach Variety 12-pack recall packs are L CCC 17JL25 14:00 to L CCC 17JL25 23:59 and L CCC 18JL25 00:00 to L CCC 18JL25 03:00. According to the recall notice: “Consumption of the liquid in these cans will result in unintentional alcohol ingestion”.

Consumers urged to check lot codes for mislabeled drinks

Consumers are urged to check their High Noon Beach Variety packs and Celsius Astro Vibe Energy Drink cans for the specified lot codes to avoid accidental alcohol consumption.

The issue arose when a shared packaging supplier mistakenly shipped empty Celsius cans to High Noon, which were then filled with vodka seltzer and packaged as part of the High Noon Beach Variety 12-packs.

The High Noon vodka seltzer recall notice advises consumers to “check their cans before drinking them, even if they didn’t purchase the High Noon Beach Variety Pack” .

The mislabeled cans have been distributed to retailers in the affected states between July 21 and July 23, 2025. The recall notice highlights that “no illnesses or adverse events have been reported for this recall to date.”

However, the potential for unintentional alcohol consumption remains a significant concern.

High Noon is taking steps to address the issue by offering refunds to consumers who have purchased the affected products. Customers are encouraged to contact High Noon Consumer Relations at [email protected] for more information on obtaining a refund.

The company is not currently facing legal action over the High Noon vodka seltzer recall, but Top Class Actions follows recalls closely as they sometimes lead to class action lawsuits.
