The Nokia 8860 settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit, titled Terrell Ervin v. Nokia Inc. et al., that alleges Nokia manufactured the 8860 model with design defects that affected the performance of the phone. To claim your $175 coupon from the Nokia phone class action settlement, you must submit a valid proof of claim postmarked by August 3, 2011 that includes proof of purchase, such as a receipt or “paid” invoice from your wireless service agreement.
