I was in a class action and I never got my money and I been trying to talk to someone anyones please can u help me
I wanted to see if my situation is worth getting some action done over. I feel like I am struggling to make these expensive monthly car payments and trying to stay out of repo status with this new suv I have. As a result to me taking my car in for repair because it was having problems and I only owed $5000 for the car to be paid off but the wrong parts were put on the car and it became not a safe car to drive. After crunching numbers from 9am to 9pm I was able to walk away with thos expensive suv for $35,000 I believe with very little down payment but because of my credit score my monthly payments are almost $800.
Ok
Thanks
