Parents who claim their babies received severe skin rashes, burns, infections and other skin ailments from Pampers brand “Dry Max” diapers have filed a class action lawsuit against Procter & Gamble. The class action complaint includes anyone who purchased Pampers “Easy Ups” diapers containing “Dry Max” technology, including products labeled as Swaddlers or Cruisers diapers.
According to lawsuit documents, parents want P&G to ensure that Pampers regularly test their product to ensure it will not cause severe rashes, blisters, welts, chemical burns and other skin ailments. It also wants parents to be reimbursed for the diapers and compensated for medical expenses relating to the treatment of any severe skin ailments caused by the diapers.
Pampers dismissed reports that the diapers cause skin irritations after the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) said they were investigating the products. If you’ve experienced problems with Pampers “Dry Max” diapers, you can file a complaint with the CPSC, and/or contact the law firm handling the class action lawsuit here.

My baby is newborn, he’s 4 days old, at the hospital they’re using, pamper diaper and pamper wipes. I’ve notice when he pee or poops the fabric gets hard that it rubs against him, causing him to rash, at beginning it wasn’t bad but it’s been 4 days n it looks terrible!
please add me
I had brought pampers for y granddaughter while she were living with me and she had an very nasty rash from her front to her back. I had to change her pampers to another brand now the rash is healing just fine.
