If you purchased products through 1-800-Flowers.com between March 1,2006 and February 5, 2008 and were charged a shipping fee for products delivered by a local florist, you could be entitled to a $10 Gift Voucher Code.

The class action lawsuit alleged 1-800-Flowers made misleading statements and omitted information about the shipping and delivery charges associated with certain online purchases of floral products, according to the class action settlement notice. Specifically, class members were either charged a shipping fee for products that were never shipped because they were hand delivered by a local florist, or were charged and paid for delivery twice — once as a “shipping” charge for local hand delivery and once as a delivery charge that was built into the merchandise price of the product.

Under the class action settlement, class members can receive a $10 Gift Voucher Code toward a purchase at www.1-800-Flowers.com that’s good from June 17, 2010 until December 17, 2010. For more information on this class action settlement, visit www.molnarsettlement.com.
