Bose SoundSport Pulse Headphones Allegedly Fail Due to Battery Issues, Consumers SayBuying expensive Bluetooth headphones leaves consumers with the expectation that they’ll be able to enjoy the product for hours after giving the device a full charge.

According to complaints submitted in online review forums, some consumers who buy Bose SoundSport Pulse headphones and others in the SoundSport line are having problems getting the battery to take a charge or to hold one long enough to enjoy the product.

These consumers say that the company must know about the battery issues but fails to correct it, since some of those buyers have returned their headphones to get a replacement set, only to find that the replacement suffers the same problems shortly after its received. The battery problems, according to the complaints, can often appear shortly after purchase and can render the device nearly useless.

Many different consumers have filed complaints online with the Bose SoundSport Pulse headphones. These consumers allege that chief among the problems with the Bose SoundSport Pulse headphones are failures related to the battery, since many have experienced the battery not holding an appropriate charge.

Many reviewers say that the short battery life is much less than what they would expect from a higher-priced product like the Bose SoundSport system, which retails for around $150. Numerous consumers who purchased the Bose SoundSport Pulse headphones claim that they have only had these materials for a short period of time and after leaving the headphones plugged in long enough to take a full charge, the battery only lasts 20 minutes or less.

Other consumers who purchased the Bose SoundSport Pulse headphones allege that the headphones keep dying mysteriously and that the functionality of the headphones is intermittent from one day to the next. Many allege that the Bose SoundSport Pulse headphones will not properly charge after just a couple of weeks or months of use. Other say they have opted to obtain a replacement through the company’s warranty program, only to experience similar problems with the battery failing to charge or keep a long charge.

Consumers opting to purchase the Bose SoundSport Pulse headphones claim that they were never told about the battery issues prior to purchase. Many of these consumers have experienced similar problems all over the country when charging their batteries overnight and then not being able to use the headphones for a full workout session or even walk in the morning.

These consumers have chosen to take action by listing complaints on the company’s website and reviews on other locations as an attempt to warn consumers about the possible problems with the Bose SoundSport Pulse headphones.

These Bose SoundSport Pulse headphones are supposed to operate by charging the battery in full and then using Bluetooth to connect to a device to play music videos or other audio material. Unfortunately, however, consumers who report problems with their Bose SoundSport Pulse headphones say they discovered this problem after the purchase, and may continue to report the same issues even after getting a brand-new replacement directly from the company.
