Epstein accusers claim sexual abuse.

Another lawsuit has been filed against the late Jeffrey Epstein’s estate, this time by nine women who say the millionaire sexually abused them as far back as 1978.

One of the women claims she was just 11 years old at the time she was first victimized.

The latest legal action was filed in New York Supreme Court in Manhattan on August 13 on behalf of nine women, five of whom say they were minors when Epstein sexually assaulted them. None of the alleged victims are identified by name in court papers. They are referred to as Jane Does 10 through 18.

Six of the alleged victims say they were raped. All say they were “sexually battered, assaulted, and abused by Epstein as a part of the same conduct, occurrence, plan, scheme and/or transaction that was perpetrated, conducted, organized and/or performed in New York, Florida, New Mexico, South Carolina, California, the United States Virgin Islands and other places by Epstein and his associates,” the civil complaint says.

Epstein hanged himself in a federal prison in New York City in August 2019. He was awaiting trial on charges that he had run an underage sex trafficking operation – mostly to satisfy his own appetite, but also for the benefit of other wealthy and powerful men in his social network. Witnesses have said he and others lured young girls to give him massages that led to various sexual assaults.

Specific Claims Made by Epstein Accusers

Among the specific claims made by the latest Epstein accusers to come forward in court is the story of an alleged victim who says she was “sexually assaulted, abused, battered and digitally penetrated … on three, separate occasions” when she was just 11 years old. The woman, who lives in Florida, also claims in court papers that Epstein forced her to perform oral sex on him.

A woman who now lives in Tennessee says that in 1978, when she was 13 years old, Epstein raped her multiple times. Her allegations date back farther than those of any of the other accusers included in the lawsuit, or any other public venue so far.

She is one of two women involved in the lawsuit who say they were attacked beginning at the age of 13.

Another woman, now living in New Jersey, says she was molested by Epstein numerous times in 2002 and throughout the ordeal Epstein “would repeatedly and specifically threaten (her) and tell her that if she told anyone about what he was doing to her, she would be putting not only her, but also her family’s safety and well-being at risk.” The lawsuit says Epstein also threatened to destroy the victim’s father’s business if she told anyone what was happening to her.

She is one of four of the Epstein accusers suing who says Epstein or one of his associates threatened them not to speak out, the New York Post reported.

All nine of the Epstein accusers say they suffered then and continue to suffer now from “severe and serious injuries” including “severe emotional distress,” the lawsuit says.

Numerous women have come forward with accusations of serious sexual misconduct against Epstein over the years.

Back in 2005, the financier was accused of molesting a young girl in Palm Beach, Florida, a news article by Business Insider said. Two years later, he pleaded guilty to solicitation of prostitution and the procurement of minors for prostitution and the following year was required to register as a sex offender.

The Miami Herald reported in 2018 that Epstein had been accused by 80 women of molesting or otherwise sexually abusing them at his mansion in Palm Beach. Later, yet more accusers said they were raped and abused at various other locations, including Epstein’s private island in the Caribbean.

Epstein was arrested on July 6, 2019, at the age of 66, on charges of sex trafficking underage girls. He had pleaded not guilty and was being held in federal prison awaiting trial when he committed suicide.
