Complications with a Zimmer Durom Cup hip implant have led an arthroplasty patient to file suit against the manufacturer.

Plaintiff Frances S. alleges Zimmer either knew or should have known about the side effects that could cause patients pain and harm upon receiving the metal hip implant, but that the manufacturer’s failure to warn consumers put those users at risk of serious injuries.
