Epana Pre-Paid Calling Card Settlement
By Matt O’Donnell

Epana NetworksA class action lawsuit settlement against Epana Networks, Inc. has been approved, which means anyone who purchased an Epana pre-paid calling card in the United States between January 1, 2004 and May 5, 2010 may be entitled to a refund to be used for additional calling card minutes.

The Epana calling card class action lawsuit accused Epana Networks of selling prepaid calling cards without fully disclosing the applicable rates and charges. (A similar class action settlement was reached with Lycatel earlier this year. Click here for details on how to file a claim for that calling card settlement.)

As part of the Epana class action settlement, you can submit a claim form to request a Refund PIN valued at $0.50, which is equal to 50 minutes of talk time for domestic calls and 4 minutes of talk time for international calls. To get your Epana Settlement Refund PIN, you must download a claim form here at http://epanasettlement.com and return the completed, signed claim form to the Settlement Administrator postmarked no later than April 19, 2011. Keep in mind that Refund PINs will only be given out while supplies last, so file your claim as soon as possible. The claims filing period for this settlement will begin on November 1, 2010.
