By agreeing to settle the class action, Lowe’s did not admit to any of the allegations.

Class Members included “all Lowe’s employees terminated at any time between January 1, 2004 and May 13, 2010, after having taken the maximum amount of leave then available under Lowe’s leave of absence policies.”

The deadline to file a claim for the Lowe’s EEOC class action settlement passed on October 9, 2016.
