Bear Naked class action lawsuitA class action lawsuit has been filed against Bear Naked Inc. over allegations the company falsely advertised some of its food products. If you purchased certain Bear Naked food products in California on or after Sept. 21, 2007, you may have legal rights and options.

The Bear Naked false advertising class action lawsuit (Thurston, et al. v. U.S. District Judge Marilyn L. Huff certified the class action lawsuit on July 30. Class Members include all California residents who purchased Bear Naked’s food products labeled “100% Natural” or “100% Pure & Natural” on or after Sept. 21, 2007.
