Nicholas I haven’t received a check either… I tried calling 855-868-1194 that was on the postcard I received and it just hangs up… have you had any luck getting info on where your check is?
I received a settlement check on the Sallie Mae TCPA Class Action Lawsuit for $118.30. I deposited it and the it was returned unpaid. WHY? Who is responsible for this and HOW DO I GET MY MONEY PLUS BANK FEES BACK?!
