Those who submitted a claim for the class action settlement could choose either a cash payment, gift certificate, or a donation made to an animal charity.
Class Members included all U.S. residents (except those within the state of California) who purchased either Nutro Ultra brand dog food or dog treats sometime between Apr. 1, 2007 and June 30, 2011 that contained the “Guaranteed Analysis” regarding the amount of Bacillus Species they contained.
The deadline to file a claim for the Nutro class action settlement passed on Oct. 18, 2015.
