I contacted the administrator yesterday and they said I had submitted a valid claim but that they did not send me a check and do not know why. Will have someone research and get back to me. Well I am sure the money is all already paid out and there are no reserves for errors or oversights…
I have not gotten the last 4 checks that I signed up for and received a claim number…crazy but I guess since there are only like 5 companies that payout all of the claims for these lawsuits that they can deny anyone they want to regardless of whether or not it is a valid claim.
Received today in California just as much as the rest of the class members.
