WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CHECK!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!
You’ll need to try contacting the settlement administrator or class counsel; https://topclassactions.com/lawsuit-settlements/closed-settlements/200572-mortgage-investors-corp-tcpa-class-action-settlement/. The settlement website is no longer active, but you can try contacting the settlement administrator (Angeion) through their corporate office. Class counsel is also listed in the TCA article and can be Googled for contact information.
We have not received our check yet.
Please verify the address and amount for Johnny Jones in Augusta GA.
Thanks.
