Top Class Actions readers are reporting that they have started receiving checks in the mail from a class action lawsuit settlement that accused the Gallup Organization of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by placing robocalls to cell phones without consent.
According to our readers, Class Members who submitted timely and valid claims for the Gallup TCPA settlement began receiving checks worth as much as $32.18 on Feb. 1, 2016.

The Gallup TCPA settlement resolves three class action lawsuits that were combined into one case. The Gallup class action lawsuits accused the public opinion polling organization of placing unwanted cell phone calls in violation of federal law.
Gallup denies any wrongdoing but agreed to settle the TCPA class action lawsuit in order to avoid the cost of further litigation.
Class Members include “All persons in the United States who received a survey call from Gallup to a cellular telephone, through the alleged use of an automatic telephone dialing system, from August 16, 2009 through August 16, 2013.”
The deadline to file a claim for the Gallup TCPA class action settlement pass on Nov. 13, 2015.

It’s June of 2019 and my husband and I both had unique ID numbers and neither of us ever heard or received a thing.
When im getting paid
As of April 7,2017, I have not received my settlement. I also have a valid ID number and submitted claim before before the submission deadline. The contact number to call for more information rings as a quick busy signal?
As of today, March 25, 2017, I have not yet received my settlement. I have a valid ID number, submitted 8/29/15. Does anybody know if they have gotten to the “U”‘s yet?
