Kinoki Foot Pads Class Action Settlement

By Sarah Pierce

Kinoki Foot Pads
If you purchased Kinoki Foot Pads and were shocked to discover they did not absorb toxins from your body as promised, don’t worry. A class action lawsuit settlement will give you a full refund of your purchase if you have receipts, or up to $30 cash if you don’t have proof of purchase.
The Kinoki Foot Pads class action lawsuit settlement resolves claims that Idea Village Products made improper statements in the advertising of the detoxifying pads that violate California consumer protection laws.
Under the Kinoki Foot Pads settlement, anyone who purchased Kinoki Foot Pads for personal use and not for resale from a retail store in the United states can receive either (1) $10 in cash for each package of Idea Village Kinoki Foot Pads purchased in retail during the class period, or (2) receive two gift products worth a total retail value of $20 from the Settlement Website. If you’re able to provide a valid receipt or credit card statement proving the purchase price exceeded $10, you can receive a cash reimbursement equivalent to the full purchase price of the Kinoki Foot Pads. If you’re unable to present evidence, you will be limited to making a claim for a maximum of three packages of Kinoki Foot Pads (up to $30).
To receive your cash payment or gift product from the Kinoki Foot Pad class action settlement, you must submit a claim form along with the required documentation, if you have it, either online or postmarked no later than July 1, 2011
Detailed information on how you can submit a valid claim form for the Kinoki Foot Pads Class Action Lawsuit Settlement can be found in our Open Lawsuit Settlements section.

I very nearly ordered these when I first saw them advertised on TV. Thankfully, my husband knew better and talked me out of it.
