Ten class action settlements are now accepting claims, giving consumers the chance to receive payments for a variety of issues, including data breaches, privacy violations, and false advertising. You can find the details on how to get your payment below.


Truist Bank TCPA settlement

Truist Bank has agreed to a $4.1 million settlement to resolve claims that it made prerecorded calls to consumers without their consent, which is a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The settlement benefits individuals who received a prerecorded call from the bank regarding an unrelated account between Feb. 10, 2019, and Aug. 31, 2022. No claim form is required to get a payment. Eligible class members who do not exclude themselves by the deadline will automatically receive a payment.

Claim Deadline: Sept. 8, 2025

Potential Award: $440

Sysco data breach settlement

A $2.3 million settlement with Sysco addresses claims that the company failed to protect consumers from a 2023 data breach. The settlement benefits individuals who received a cybersecurity notice from Sysco in May 2023 informing them of the data breach. According to the lawsuit, the breach compromised sensitive consumer data, forcing them to spend time and money protecting themselves from fraud.

Claim Deadline: Sept. 8, 2025

Potential Award: Up to $5,000

Albertsons and Safeway text message settlement

Albertsons, Safeway, and other grocery chains have agreed to a $5.95 million settlement over allegations that they violated the TCPA by sending unsolicited text messages. The settlement benefits people who received two or more unsolicited text messages from Albertsons Companies, Star Markets Company, or Safeway within a 12-month period after they had requested to stop receiving messages.

Claim Deadline: Sept. 10, 2025

Ann Taylor, Loft Outlet false discount settlement

Premium Brands OpCo will pay an undisclosed amount to resolve claims that it used false discounts to drive sales at its Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlet stores. The settlement benefits consumers who bought one or more products at a supposed discount at these stores in California, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, or Wisconsin, and were not refunded. Consumers with an email address on file with the settlement administrator may not need to file a claim.

Claim Deadline: Sept. 10, 2025

FuboTV privacy settlement

FuboTV has agreed to a $3.4 million settlement to resolve claims that it shared user data with third parties in violation of the federal Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA). The settlement benefits individuals who had or used a FuboTV account at any time before May 29, 2025.

Claim Deadline: Sept. 12, 2025

Formula 1 privacy settlement

Formula 1 is paying $5.5 million to resolve claims that it shared subscriber information without getting consumer consent, a violation of the VPPA. The settlement benefits consumers who had a Formula 1 account and accessed its digital properties in the United States to watch a prerecorded video between May 1, 2022, and June 24, 2025.

Claim Deadline: Sept. 22, 2025

Viki privacy settlement

Online streaming service Viki has reached an $8 million settlement to resolve claims that it violated the VPPA by sharing user data with Facebook. The settlement benefits individuals who requested or obtained video content on Viki.com between Jan. 12, 2016, and July 30, 2024, while using both a Facebook and a Viki account.

Claim Deadline: Sept. 22, 2025

​​Potential Award: Between $30 and $150

Poppi soda false advertising settlement

Poppi has agreed to an $8.9 million settlement to resolve claims that it falsely advertised its soda products as “gut healthy” without scientific backing. The settlement benefits consumers who purchased any flavor or size of Poppi beverages between Jan. 23, 2020, and July 18, 2025.

Claim Deadline: Sept. 26, 2025

Subaru EyeSight settlement

Subaru has agreed to a class action settlement over claims that the EyeSight driver assistance systems in certain vehicles are defective and potentially dangerous. The settlement benefits current and former owners and lessees of certain 2013 to 2024 Subaru vehicles equipped with EyeSight.

Claim Deadline: Sept. 27, 2025

​​Potential Award: Partial reimbursement of covered repairs

Ocwen Loan Servicing fees settlement

Ocwen Loan Servicing has agreed to an undisclosed settlement to resolve claims that it charged illegal fees for broker price options (BPOs) and hybrid valuations. The settlement benefits borrowers with a loan serviced by Ocwen who were charged for one or more BPOs or hybrid valuations through Altisource between Nov. 5, 2010, and Step. 29, 2017.

Claim Deadline: Sept. 29, 2025

      I do not see the suit you guys are referring to. It’s not showing in my list. I do know, suddenly about two or three months ago I began receiving call after call after call daily (even on holidays). A lot of times I’ve they call and I didn’t answer, they will call right back with a completely different number, including area code. It’s the same with texts… I get a lot of text messages from people I have no idea who they are. I know better than to click on any of the links.
