I was eligible for a refund from the Western Union Class Action Lawsuit. In fact I notified the FTC and FCC. Plus our Kansas Attorney General office. But it was several years before the action was brought and I somehow lost my receipt and information. For sure Western Union had it. But because I wasn’t able to find my receipt and then COVID I did not receive what I lost.
