I
wanted to say how frustrating it has been to deal with this company. Several of my former colleagues at Xtreme Xpress have not been paid what is owed to them from the class action settlement. I only found out about it through social security. I was never contacted by ILYM or the attorneys regarding the settlement.1099ed me. It seems that they do not know what they are doing. This is not acceptable. in the mission statement for this company, “communication“ is something they strive for. Customer based service. All B.S. today is 5/20/23. I started my communication with them in December 2022. Finally talked to somebody for the second time. For a check re-issue. 10 tp 14 days…….After a month and a half no check. I called they said it takes 4 to 6 weeks still no check in it’s it’s now May. It’s not just the amount of time that it took to get a hold of somebody, when you add that to they are the rudest people I have ever spoken to that are supposed to be in customer service. It is even more sad to see that this is the experience of everybody. What the heck is really going on over there and what can be done?
Class action???!!!!
