The settlement benefits current and former hourly paid customer service representatives who worked for [24]7.ai between Feb. 15, 2020, and June 15, 2024.

According to the wage and hour class action lawsuit, [24]7.ai failed to pay customer service representatives all of the overtime and straight pay wages owed. The company allegedly violated state and federal laws.

Under the terms of the [24]7.ai settlement, workers will automatically receive a payment based on the number of weeks they worked during the class period. These workweek calculations were calculated using payroll and employee records. Class members should have received these workweek totals and settlement payment estimates in their settlement notices.

The deadline for exclusion and objection is Sept. 19, 2024.

The final approval hearing for the settlement is scheduled for Nov. 14, 2024.

No claim form is required to benefit from the [24]7.ai settlement.
