Horizon Organic milk recalled due to potential spoilage
Horizon Organic Dairy recalled nearly 20,000 cases of Horizon Organic Aseptic Plain Whole Milk due to a risk of premature spoilage before its marked shelf life.
The recall affects 8-ounce containers sold individually or in 12-packs with UPC codes 3663207113 (12-pack) and 3663207127 (single unit). The affected milk has best-before dates between March 3–7, 2025, and Horizon distributed it in Arizona, California and Nevada, according to the Food & Drug Administration.
The FDA classified the recall as Class II, indicating the product may cause temporary or reversible health effects with a low risk of serious harm. Consumers should not consume the recalled milk, the recall notice states.
Recall announced for Duluth Trading Co. children’s holiday PJ sets
Duluth Trading Co. recalled approximately 22,400 sets of children’s two-piece holiday pajamas due to violations of federal flammability regulations, posing a burn risk.
The recall affects four styles: holiday birch truck, classic red, Christmas beaver and mountain green. The company sold the pajamas at Duluth Trading stores nationwide and online between October 2019-November 2024 for about $35, according to the recall notice.
Duluth says it has not received any reports of injuries. Consumers should immediately stop using the pajamas, cut the top and bottom in half and contact Duluth Trading Co. for a full refund in the original form of payment or as store credit, the recall notice states.
Phenylephrine hydrochloride injection recalledÂ
Provepharm Inc. recalled one lot of phenylephrine hydrochloride injection USP 10 milligrams/milliliters due to potential contamination with foreign material.
The recall affects vials with lot no. 24020027 and an expiration date of December 2025. According to the recall notice, a pharmacy reported finding visible black particulate matter in a sealed vial, which could cause local irritation or swelling if administered.
The recall applies to the hospital/institutional level, including distributors, wholesalers, compounding companies and hospitals. Affected facilities should immediately stop using the product and return it to Provepharm’s recall provider, Sedgwick.
Consumers experiencing issues related to the recalled injection should contact their health care provider, the recall notice states.
Vornado recalls VH2 room heaters over electrical shock, fire hazard
Vornado Air recalled about 7,780 VH2 Whole Room Heaters due to a risk of electrical shock and fire from potential power cord damage.
The recall affects heaters with a date code of July 24 or Aug. 24 and “Type VH2” printed on a silver rating label on the bottom. Vornado sold the products exclusively on Amazon.com between August-October 2024 for about $90.
Vornado says it has not received reports of injuries, according to the recall notice. Consumers should immediately stop using the heaters and contact Vornado to confirm if their unit is affected and receive a free replacement.

Jeep Cherokee recalled over potential snap ring defectÂ
Chrysler recalled more than 60,000 model year 2017-2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles due to a potential loss of drive power and/or park function, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
The recall affects vehicles produced between Oct. 11, 2016, and Feb. 20, 2019. Chrysler says a power transfer unit defect could cause the transmission and differential to disengage, leading to drive power loss or unintended rollaway, the recall notice states.
The company says it is developing a remedy and expects to mail owner notification letters by Feb. 13, 2025.
