Two brands of children’s pajamas sold on the popular online retail marketplace Temu were recalled, as the pajamas breach flammability standards and pose a burn hazard to children.

The recalled pajamas were sold by Lovely Angel and JUVENNO KIDS. Neither of the companies have received any reports of injuries so far, but Top Class Actions follows recalls closely as they can sometimes result in lawsuits. 

Lovely Angel Children’s Lace Nightgowns recall

About 4,360 Lovely Angel brand children’s lace nightgowns were recalled on July 11 on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) website. 

According to the recall, the children’s nightgowns violate the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

The Lovely Angel children’s lace nightgowns were sold in six colors, including black, lavender, watermelon, beige, green and red, and were available exclusively online at Temu.com between June 2023 and May 2024 for about $10.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled nightgowns away from children, stop using them, and destroy the garments by cutting them in half and disposing of them. 

They should send Lovely Angel a photo of the destroyed garment at wangmaxime@163.com or via Lovely Angel’s online store to receive a full refund.

JUVENNO KIDS pajama recall

JUVENNO KIDS has recalled about 18,620 of its Children’s Button-up Short-Sleeve/Shorts Two-Piece Pajama Sets. The recall was published July 11 to the CPSC website. 

According to the recall, the children’s pajama sets also violate the flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

The recall involves children’s two-piece pajama sets available in champagne, light purple, and peach colors and sold exclusively online at Temu.com between October 2022 and May 2024 for about $9.

Anyone with the recalled pajamas should immediately take them away from children, stop using them, and destroy the garments by cutting the top and bottom in half and disposing of them. 

Consumers should send the company a photo of the destroyed garments by email at 603262718@qq.com or via message to JUVENNO KIDS on Temu.com to receive a full refund. 

Meanwhile, RiseWell LLC, Dreamland Baby Co. and Google have recently been targeted by class action lawsuits while Hatch Baby and MGA Entertainment recently initiated recalls.The class action lawsuits and recalls are all connected to child-related products and concerns.
