I’m wondering if there’s any lawsuit about redecoration fees with Apartments ranging from $250-$700 and ain’t no redecoration done before and you don’t find out until you have paid all the fee’s prior to move in. Also your resigning a lease a month or 2 before the year you moved in which isn’t a 12 Month Lease. It’s more to this story this is truly a class action lawsu

  2. Tammy says:

Is there a way to recall suits you’ve joined previously?

  3. Tammy says:

Im wondering if there are any suits that involve either sites that you may have subscribed to but have since then unsubscribed? I have some like Starbucks, for example. I continue to get promotions from.
Also the darn people finder sites. I have an ex who stalks me and until he spent a significant amount of time in the prison psyche ward, I wasn’t afraid. However, he contacted me to let me know that biblically we are married until death. The Manis clinically diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic and is suicidal. I hit up so many people finder sites an opted out, most I shared reason. Well, I’m finding that im still on a few that I had opted out, requested all my info e removed and I got confirmation.
Is there anything I can do???
im in the process of changing things so I can’t be located. So far I’ve done phone number and email .. they are under a suto name. As soon as I have money to file the paperwork I will have my name legally changed and then request a tin number under the new name.

Interesting, I’ve been notified several times I’ve of data breaches having gotten most or all my very sensitive medical information, others sensitive personal information, social security number etc. I already know ID me made social security, license and all other information to others using previous married names and using my legal name. If I could re all all this the criminal offenses I’d have at some vindication. One breach offered $8 as payout.. That’s not vindication. My credit report said I mortgaged a house, leased a car, and said I commit something very bad in every single state, including Hawaii and Alaska. They couldn’t tell me, I guess it was a code, meaning I was restricted but from what I don’t know, i have never been to all thise states! I had an insurance policy taken out on my SON, using my name, on the upward of $150 – $200 grand, which was by m own criminal brother, Gerald R. Beckwith, he then used that to buy my other brother a beautiful hone. I have no wa of proving it. My ex, claimed my 2 children and me after we were separated, illegally getting over $21 grand, and how many cars i had stolen. Too many people have my social seccial security number. I tried to get a new social, but NO. Instead let me live with many others destroying my credit and using it to their benefit. This is nuts! It has to stop! Also, apparently someone with my information has SSI benefits in Arkansas using my information! Let’s look into that, social security in AR, bc i don’t live in AR. Every year I gain information of something new and strange about others using my information

  6. Sarah says:

I regularly watch for recalls, and class actions, etc. and have put in claims on a handful of them over last couple years, and have not seen 1 single penny of any of the settlements… In fact, I’ve never heard one word from any of them either. I don’t understand how these companies can just agree to give people their money back (if that even), knowing the kind of hurt and damage their products are causing.. it’s unfathomable how $5 back is supposed to justify you LIKELY getting cancer in the nearish future because of their products. Or the data Breaches that leak all your personal info, no reimbursement there, BUT how about you go ahead and SIGN UP FOR THIS OTHER BULLSHIP, TO WATCH THEM RUIN YOUR CREDIT AND STEAL YOUR IDENTITY,.. AND WERE GONNA NEED ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFO AGAIN. What a crock!

  7. Ashley Moore says:

I’m not sure what I’m suppose to be commenting on or about right now? But i hope that this will help me & many others get back what has been taken from us one way or another.
