The settlement benefits a nationwide class of individuals whose personal information the Vi data breach exposed.
Individuals who wanted to join the class action settlement must have submitted a valid claim form by Feb. 3, 2025.
System1 to pay $2.5M over auto-renewal subscriptions
Online advertising company System1 agreed to pay $2.5 million to resolve claims it enrolled consumers in automatic renewal subscriptions without their consent.
The settlement benefits a California class of consumers who enrolled in and were charged for an automatic renewal or continuous service subscription for PC Protect, ScanGuard, Total Adblock, TotalAV, Total Password, Total VPN or Total WebShield software between Oct. 20, 2019, and June 30, 2024, and who did not receive a full refund of subscription fees.
Individuals who wanted to join the class action settlement must have submitted a valid claim form by Feb. 4, 2025.
Meridian Heights Apartments to pay $2.2M over unlawful fees
Meridian Heights agreed to pay $2.2 million to end claims it charged unlawful fees and failed to provide habitable living conditions to residents of Meridian Heights Apartments in Washington, D.C.
The settlement benefits a class of individuals who lived at Meridian Heights Apartments in Washington, D.C., between April 4, 2022, and Sept. 30, 2024, and who signed a lease or made a rental payment and experienced one or more housing code violations during their tenancy.
Individuals who wanted to join the class action settlement must have submitted a valid claim form by Feb. 4, 2025.
Morrison Community Hospital to pay $675K over claims it failed to prevent data breach
Morrison Community Hospital in Morrison, Illinois, agreed to pay $675,000 to end claims it failed to prevent a 2023 data breach.
The settlement benefits a class of individuals who were notified that their information may have been compromised during the Morrison Community Hospital data breach.
Individuals who wanted to join the class action settlement must have submitted a valid claim form by Feb. 5, 2025.
Mondelēz agrees to pay $750K over data breach claims
Mondelēz International and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, a law firm representing Mondelēz, agreed to pay $750,000 to end claims involving a 2023 data breach that compromised consumer information.
The settlement benefits a class of individuals whom Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Mondelēz or Chicago IVF notified that the data breach may have compromised their personal identifying information and/or personal health information.
Individuals who want to join the class action settlement must submit a valid claim form by Feb. 10, 2025.
Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services to pay $1.6M
Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services agreed to pay $1.6 million to resolve claims the company failed to prevent a 2022 data breach.
The settlement benefits a nationwide class of individuals whose protected health information and/or personally identifiable information was exposed during the data breach.

Rise Interactive settles claims revolving around 2022 data breach
Digital marketing agency Rise Interactive agreed to a class action settlement to end claims involving a 2022 data breach.
The settlement benefits a class of individuals whom either Rise Interactive or Edgepark Medical Supplies notified that the data breach may have potentially compromised their sensitive personal information.
Individuals who want to join the class action settlement must submit a valid claim form by Feb. 18, 2025.
Progressive to pay $3.25M to end claims over multiyear data breach
Progressive agreed to pay $3.25 million to end claims over a multiyear data breach from May 2021-May 2023.
The settlement benefits a class of consumers whose personal information an unauthorized individual may have viewed as a result of the data breach, which involved one of the company’s third-party call center vendors.
Individuals who want to join the class action settlement must submit a valid claim form by Feb. 18, 2025.
GM, LG to pay $150M to end Chevy Bolt EV defective battery claims
General Motors and LG Electronics agreed to pay $150 million to resolve claims the duo built Chevrolet Bolt vehicles with defective batteries that could cause fires.
The settlement benefits a class of consumers who purchased or leased a model year 2017-2022 Chevrolet Bolt EV built and shipped to a dealer on or before Aug. 19, 2021.
Individuals who want to join the class action settlement must submit a valid claim form by Feb. 24, 2025.

I had a Hyundai Kona 2019 in which the engine just stopped working and Hyundai refused to do anything after being contacted and I lost my car back to the finance company and was without a car. Prefer all communication be by email as reception is bad.
