The Seresto collar lawsuit settlement benefits consumers in the U.S., its territories or the District of Columbia who purchased any Seresto product for personal use and not for resale before July 8, 2024.

Claimants who provide proof of purchase can claim an unlimited number of collars, while claimants with no proof of purchase can claim only two collars per pet for a maximum payment of $26 per pet.

Class members whose pets were injured by the Seresto collars can receive a $25 payment for economic losses or 100% reimbursement for any documented out-of-pocket medical treatment costs.

Claimants whose pets were killed in connection to the Seresto collars can receive a $300 payment and 100% reimbursement for documented medical treatment costs and burial, cremation or other disposal costs.

The deadline for exclusion and objection in the Seresto collar lawsuit settlement is July 23, 2024.

  1. Dawn says:

I tried emailing them on June 29th to see about payments that still have not been paid and the response I most recently received was on July 8th and said:
“Thank you for contacting the Seresto Flea and Tick Collar Marketing Settlement Administrator.
Your inquiry has been received and escalated for further review. We will provide an update as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience in this matter. ”

But have heard nothing else and I read on another board discussing payments where a girl said she received the same response and that it probably means we are ultimately not going to be paid at all. I had a deficient claim that supposedly was satisfied. So not sure what is going on with all of us that were expecting payments but never got our money and when or if I get a response I will update.

  2. Carol says:

Looks like payment started going out today on a rolling timeframe with payments taking up to 2 weeks not including checks which may take longer due to mail time. No amount of money will replace our fur family members but at least they did try.. Hope this update helps!!!!
