Good Health Natural Products, LLC has agreed to pay $1 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the company mislabels its snacks as “Natural,” when they actually contain artificial ingredients. Good Health® denies liability and wrongdoing but agreed to settle the class action to avoid further expense, inconvenience, and delay associated with litigation.
If you purchased Good Health® brand snacks, such as popcorn, pretzels, chips, crisps, and vegetable rings, chips, stix or straws, between Sept. 6, 2010 and March 7, 2019, you could get $1 per product from this class action settlement.
The Good Health® class action settlement resolves claims that the following snacks are falsely advertised as “Natural,” “100% Natural,” “All Natural,” “healthy,” “wholesome,” “nutritious,” “whole wheat,” or “% Less Fat.”

According to the consolidated Good Health® class action lawsuit, the “natural” snacks contain synthetic, artificial, highly processed ingredients, chemical preservatives, and artificial flavors, including: sunflower oil, corn syrup, canola oil, citric acid, ascorbic acid, maltodextrin, dextrose, potassium chloride, lactic acid, malic acid, evaporated cane juice, folic acid, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, niacin, paprika extract, and disodium phosphate.
In addition, the Good Health® snacks class action lawsuit alleges that the company labeled certain snacks as being “healthy,” “wholesome,” and “made with whole wheat,” and/or used improper comparisons concerning the amount of fat on product labels.
Good Health® denies these allegations.
The Good Health® class action settlement provides consumers with up to $1 per product purchased, up to 10 items without receipts.
Consumers who are able to submit proof of purchase can claim more than 10 items at $1 per product.

I emailed them twice after not being able to cash it anywhere and I didn’t get a response or a replacement check. With alot of people not being able to get a replacement in the form of a check means they won the settlement by not paying!!!
Has anyone received a replacement check
For the postcard check they sent out after
Sending an email to them?
Yes
No, not yet. I replied yes but to wrong question. No to the corrected check but received an email that they would send a new check out
I am amazed that any law firm would condone a settlement being paid out in an instrument such as the post card. A toddler could have designed a better check format. Maybe there should be a class action against the firm for endorsing such. What a bunch of crap this is!
My bank returned the 10.00 postcard check I deposited yesterday. Ridiculous.
If you got the $10 postcard and your having trouble cashing. Email SnackSettlement@AtticusAdmin.com with your claim number, name and address and they will send out a replacement paper check.
Thank you!
thanks
I haven’t tried to cash mine yet I got $6 in the form of a postcard also I will keep you posted let you know if I can cash this I don’t see a problem and see don’t I don’t see why I can’t so we’ll say

We had a viewer post that she contacted the settlement administrator and was able to request a full size paper check: SnackSettlement@AtticusAdmin.com
I sent the email to them today. Will let you know when replacement check arrives. Hope others will do the same.
I received a postcard in a form of check what the hell?
received postcard in chicago for $10 and my mobile deposit wouldn’t even recognize it as it doesn’t look like a check. anyone else have issues depositing?
Yes it’s a postcard not a check! Wtf!
I’m in the State of Montana. I received by US Mail a postcard type check in the amount of $10 USD which represents one resolution of the captioned matter. I endorsed showing proper ID and deposited said document into a checking account owned and maintained by myself. My experience with banking staff was unremarkable.
Received $10 check Thur. 04/02 in Chicago
