Korean Air Lines Co., Ltd. and Asiana Airlines Inc. have reached a $65 million class action lawsuit settlement resolving allegations they conspired to fix prices for air passenger travel between the U.S. and the Republic of Korea. If you bought a qualifying ticket between January 1, 2000 and August 1, 2007, you may be entitled to cash and coupons for future air passenger travel as part of the class action settlement.
The Korean Air settlement will resolve a class action lawsuit that claims the alleged conspiracy included meetings, conversations and communications in the U.S. and elsewhere between the two Defendants during which they agreed to establish artificially high prices for air passenger travel.
In cases separate from this class action lawsuit, brought by the United States Department of Justice, the Defendants pled guilty to criminal antitrust violations and agreed to pay a fine. Despite pleading guilty in the DOJ cases, Korean Air Lines and Asiana Airlines deny the allegations raised in the class action lawsuit but have agreed to a settlement to resolve the litigation.

It has been so long. My computer crashed in the middle of this and when I emailed Rust about my claim they do not have one for me. I can not believe this mess!
Better Business Bureau 2205 River Ridge Circle, Brownsville, Minnesota 55337 (800)646-6222. Fax (651)699-7665. Put inf reference: Rust Consultants In Minnesota. I just faxed them my letter and there expecting more, they already been contacted. Plus! Send a Copy to: Govenar, Senator and Congressman.
Also! Contact your local News Media make an appointment with them, like I did with fox 40 news. It needs to be nationally know what Rust and any other settlement administrator that’s lying and stealing your money, that money belongs to you not Rust. Good Luck and you can get it noticed. Especially after a Judge told them to release the funds.
Edgar Law Firm (888)352-0338 ask for Angelina leave her a voice mail and just explain what you been told from Rust, good luck.
Unbelievable. Rust is full of SH$T.
Yep I just got an email reply from them saying that late April or early May is now the check target. Perhaps they meant 2019!! ??????
If this is true than it is unbelievable! Just another reason for them to keep taking more and more money out of the pot, and leaving us with less. This is criminal!
Rust just called said checks were not mailed out on April 1st I asked anthonthybwhy did you lie, he had no response, saying Rust lawyers said hold up. I’ve never seen in history were The Class Lawyers had to set a court date infront of Judge to release the class members money never. Then Rust did a side bar before that court date told Judge they will release class members money and cancelled that court date. I’ve notified class members counsel and waiting for a return call from The Federal Trade Commissioner. This settlement started $115 million, that database is not needed. I’m also waiting on an return call from a law firm that wants to speak with class members about everything you been told and printed out. I kept all the the records and recorded everyone I spoke to
good deal
