  1. Mary Gagnier says:

We too filed a claim against this and got a confirmation number back in 2010. We heard nothing about the settlement and we receive nothing. I’m taking that lawyers to got their fees and then everybody dropped the ball from there.? It doesn’t seem right maybe we should file a class action suit against these lawyers.

  2. Robert says:

I had not only filed a claim I was sent a letter by the Company / Courts, to repeat on a letter what i e mailed , the makes, the years, the size, the serial number and the model number and i had all but 3 out 4 Original Receipts. I complained nobody listened.Once the lawyers get there money they do not care at all.

  3. Sheri Tucker says:

I received a confirmation number for this claim on April 15, 2010 and never heard back from anyone. Who do I contact to see why I didn’t receive my money?

  4. keith cole says:

regards Keith any lawyer that knows his or her stuff that’s good please call me at 314-560-0525

  5. Michael Campbell says:

I rec’d a post card back that said my mower didn’t exist. It is on the list and the numbers of mower and engine were correct. What a rip off. I wasted postage so someone could keep a couple of dollars

  6. Eric Wittig says:

I filled out my Online Claim Form on my walk behind lawnmower as requested on 4/09/10 and here it is 7/19/14 and have not recieved a word on this settlement. I have not recieved a check or any information reqarding this situation. Is this another scam? If I don’t hear anything regarding this I will take this to the media and let them know what kind of scam this is. This will not only reflect Sears/Craftsman………but also the law firm regarding this and the USA legal institution as well!

  7. Eric Poulsen says:

wow. Now there seems to be confusion. Some seem to have gotten paid a fraction of the state value and other nothing at all. I like everyone else spent the time to find the serial # and mail in my claim form. Now that the class action is settled, nobody can be found. Can this be right?? Should we notify the mower companies that they were scammed or ask to reopen the suit? Maybe send a letter to the AG or Bar Assoc in the state where the law firm practices.
