Received a check for $10.00 on January 27,2014.
Received my check for $6.00 2 days ago. sometimes you need to be a little less greedy !
Garden City Group is just as crooked as Rust.. Report them to Attorney General’s Office …
David,
I hear ya!!! I have never received a cent for anything I have filed either.
It is all B.S., by filing we are just putting more money into the attorney’s pockets!!! They are laughing at us all the way to the bank.
I have been living all my life in Ohio. I have been either rejected or never answered by GCG claims administrator on all settlements I filed . Skechers, Yogurt, Mouthwash, Coppertone, Papa pizza, clearwire, Bayers vitamins. I was never told why ? They just reject or reject, never see an answer. Did not see any settlement check as they tell me my whole family has been tagged even with receipts they just reject us.
The only other way is when the form was submitted they used there current address in another state and filled out they bought the product in Ohio during those dates.
I don’t know how other people got a check in another state; unless they stated they lived in Ohio during that time and gave an updated address showing they relocated to another state. If you scroll up to the lawsuit. It say’s only Ohio residents will be paid.
