TC Construction

A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit alleging T C Construction Company Inc. violated certain wage and hour laws. If you worked for T C Construction Company at any time between Nov. 21, 2013 and Dec. 31, 2014, you may be eligible for benefits from the class action settlement.

The T C Construction class action lawsuit alleges T C Construction failed to include certain information on its pay stubs, including: 1) a space in the name “T C Construction”; 2) the company’s entire address; and 3) separate listings of regular, overtime and double-time hours worked and their respective rates of pay.

T C Construction denies all liability for the claims brought forth in the paystub class action lawsuit. However, it has agreed to settle the class action lawsuit to avoid the expense and uncertainty of trial.

Under the terms of the proposed paystub class action settlement, T C Construction will pay up to $1 million to resolve the litigation. If you wish to exclude yourself from T C Construction settlement, you must do so no later than Dec. 10, 2015.
