Rams Head at Baltimore LLC has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit stemming over allegations that the concert venue charged more for tickets for Rams Head Live! and Pier 6 Pavilion than it was allowed to charge under the Baltimore City Code.

If you purchased a ticket to an event at Rams Head between March 14, 2011 and March 14, 2013, you could be entitled to benefits from the ticket pricing class action settlement.

Lead plaintiff John Bogdan Jr. filed the Rams Head class action lawsuit claiming that the company charged additional fees to the face value of tickets either it or its agent sold which violated Baltimore laws.

According to the Rams Head class action settlement, Class Members who do not exclude themselves by submitting a valid exclusion request will receive a certificate that can be used at various Rams Head locations.

Those individuals who are not certain if they are Class Members may register by clicking on the Claim Form link below.
