Details: Head to the website and print out your claim form. If you have any questions on what to fill out, we recommend you call the Settlement Administrator. They can walk you through the process. It’s quite involved and covers securities purchased personally, through an IRA or other ways. You don’t want to mess this up, so call the settlement administrator for assistance if you run into any questions or feel uncertain about how to fill out the form. Because it can vary so widely in how to fill out this particular claim form we aren’t posting a walk through for it.

TCA Staff Tidbit: The first of many Securities Settlements that will be listed here I’m sure after the recent downturn. Overall, this is a great settlement for anyone who had AIG stock. Will it get you all of your money back you lost? No, not a chance of that, but you should at least get some of your money back. That’s better than a big goose egg, that’s for certain. As we mentioned above, make sure to call the settlement administrator with any questions on filing your claim. Because it’s a securities/stock class action lawsuit settlement it can be quite a bear and we at Top Class Actions want to make sure that all of you out there aren’t left in the cold! Good luck!
