Case Summary

The Duracell battery settlement will resolve class action lawsuits that allege Gillette and P&G engaged in deceptive and misleading advertising and marketing of Duracell Ultra Batteries. Gillette and P&G deny all wrongdoing and continue to stand by their Duracell products and advertising, but have agreed to provide refunds to consumers under a class action settlement that was preliminarily approved on Nov. 5, 2013.
