Leaky pipe - EZ-Flo - brasscraft class action - potable water plumbing system

Property owners whose homes or rental units contain yellow brass plumbing components made by EZ-Flo International could get cash from a Brasscraft EZ-Flo potable water plumbing system class action lawsuit settlement.

Plaintiffs alleged in the Brasscraft EZ-Flo class action lawsuit that a potable water plumbing system sold by the company contained defects that resulted in damage.

The plaintiffs claimed that the yellow brass EZ-Flo potable water plumbing system was made of inferior material causing leaks.

Under the terms of the Brasscraft EZ-Flo class action settlement, EZ-Flo does not admit any wrongdoing nor do they admit that their products, that included stop valves, connectors and fittings, were poorly constructed or violated any laws or codes.

However, the company has agreed to pay property owners with Brasscraft EZ-Flo potable water plumbing systems for damage, leaks, water flow issues, and inoperable valves.

Brasscraft EZ-Flo lawsuit settlement benefits
