53 thoughts onMercedes-Benz, Sprinter $789M BlueTEC emissions class action settlement
Where is my money? 2015 sprinter diesel 4 cyl. All of the paper paper work completed. aem installed. Still no check. Who do I need to shank to get money?
i filed in January 2021 as previous / original owner on a 2012 s350, a 2013 sprinter with v6, and a 2015 sprinter with v6, all good for former owner cash settlement, contacted the settlement people at mbbluetecsettlement.com, the applications received, and being processed. Just recently told i didn’t included the signed release forms, which is not the case. each application was mailed in by itself, with all the supporting docs proving ownership.
Wouldn’t this group be responsible for notifying me is something was missing and time to correct ? i never received anything by email or mail in that regards. thanks anyone that starts a movement against the attorneys at mbbluetecsettlement.com, i ll be onboard.
They said my paperwork was all set and I should receive my second payment for my second Sprinter in September of 2022 but nothing no correspondence or check obviously. Who has time for this SHIT!!!! I sent in both trucks paperwork in the same email and in the same envelope and it was like pulling teeth to find out which one they paid me for and which one they didn’t pay me for and why. Got them a copy of the bill of sale back to the Mercedes dealership for my 2017 sprinter. They said the paperwork was all set and I should get a check and nothing. These court appointed people are probably keep in the freaking money.
Its 2022 and the lawyers running this suit wants you to conjure up documentation that most of us don’t even have. I sold my Mercedes roughly 8 years ago to another 3rd party i have moved 3 times within the last 11 years they’re about to deny my claim the only thing I was able to get from the vehicle sold was the vin number and that was from a old phone and 1000 of photos of of time wasted for them to say we need more documentation… they’ll say you dont need proof but i provided the make model of the car when the ame installed and provides a vin number to the vehicle sold. Now the lawyers. Contacting me wants information i dont have and had not had in a long time not only that but i the person I sold the car too has the car or lives in the same city. A lot of suits are doing this to discourage you from claiming. Like the iPhone lawsuit the lawyers denied my claim saying i had more that one claim on file. And im like its an iPhone 4 i owned 6 that how many people in my family we all had and iPhone 4 . They want serial numbers now …. like huh . Like i said were in 2022 and a lot of these lawsuit are from 2000-2016 and they want you to have proof. I been fair only applying for suits i know im entitled too. But the way these lawyers sre players im abouts to conjour up fake documents and have them owing me a lot more for playing with me
i’ve done everything and still haven’t received my money, i signed up,got claim number, had repairs completeed 7-5-22 got all documentation sent in. havent received any money yet!
