A Washington D.C. man has filed a lawsuit against the federal government and Orlando Airport calling for the government to immediately stop enforcing the national mask mandate, saying it is unconstitutional.
The lawsuit was filed in Orlando on June 7 by Plaintiff Lucas Wall, who alleges that he was left stranded in The Villages in Florida, where he was caring for his mother, after he was not allowed to board a flight after declining to put on a face mask. Wall had a ticket on a Southwest flight to fly from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale.
Wall alleges that the federal mask mandate enforced by Orlando Airport, Transportation Security Administration, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and President Joe Biden (all defendants in the lawsuit) is unconstitutional, especially while traveling within a state.
Wall is bringing the lawsuit in an attempt to end enforcement of the Federal Transportation Mask Mandate (FTMM) and the International Traveler Testing Requirement (ITTR), saying they violate the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).
“The defendants’ goal of easing the impact of COVID-19 is laudable but grossly misguided,” Wall says in the class action lawsuit.
“In attempting to mandate masks for all American travelers and to require anyone flying into the United States – even those fully vaccinated and/or with natural immunity – to obtain an expensive coronavirus test within three days of departing a foreign nation, defendants have acted without statutory authorization or following the rulemaking process required by the Administrative Procedure Act.”
According to Wall’s lawsuit, the FTMM and ITTR “are arbitrary and capricious” because the federal agencies failed to reasonably explain why other measures were insufficient to tackle the “rapidly declining COVID-19 infection and death rates.”
Wall had planned to travel to see friends and family during the summer and is fully vaccinated, the claim states.
It adds that Wall cannot “tolerate wearing a mask” due to a generalized anxiety disorder.
“I have never covered my face. I tried a mask a couple times for brief periods last year, but had to remove it after five or so minutes because it caused me to instigate a feeling of a panic attack, including hyperventilating and other breathing trouble,” Wall said.
In the claim, Wall says that he submitted an application to be exempt from the federal mask requirement when he purchased his tickets with Southwest, saying it was illegal to require advance notice of disability accommodation. And he added that Southwest’s face mask exemption policy was illegally discriminating against passengers with disabilities, saying that he didn’t “pose a threat to anyone.”
He added that he also strongly opposes any mask mandate on other grounds, “including that it’s a violation of my civil liberties to be ordered to block my nose and mouth, my only two sources of oxygen.”
Wall, who is representing himself, also wants to eliminate mask requirements outlined by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, saying the mandates are “in direct violation of a Florida executive order prohibiting any subdivision of the state from requiring face coverings.”
Wall is suing for violation of the Administrative Procedure Act and 10th Amendment. He seeks damages, enjoinment orders, injunctive relief, and legal fees supposing he hires counsel.

Add me to this lawsuit! It’s against the Constitution, it’s discrimination at its finest, and masks are proven in decades of peer-reviewed studies NOT to protect against viruses. Up until September 2020, all masks boxes stated on the outside of them “does not protect against coronavirus” For those who believe that COVID-19 is the first coronavirus, you are sadly mistaken, it has been around for decades, even your Clorox wipes container says that it kills coronavirus way before COVID-appeared.
Also, according to surgical masks manufacturers, masks are to be replaced every 20 minutes, where is that in any TSA or Airline announcement?
I’m for a class action suit against the Federal Government, NIH, WHO, CDC, the unelected Fauci, and the UN for spreading misinformation and implementing controls that are unproven along with not providing every citizen a packet of Ivermectin, Hydroxyclorquine, Aspirin, Tylenol, Vitamin C, Zinc, Quercitin, and Vitamin D like Ecuador and other countries did with the instructions on how to build the immune system to resist and to reach herd immunity.

If the vaccinations work, then why ask for masks? Why is there no exemption certificates? I have had 7 facial paralyses and get botox injections in my face to keep from it freezing up. The last thing I need for permanent paralysis is an experimental biological innoculation that has shown it causes Bells Palsy symptoms. My husband has had 4 heart attacks and an enlarged heart. The experimental innoculation causes heart inflammation and blood clots. Neither of us are taking a chance, and there are hundreds of thousands of adverse reactions recorded by VAERS as well as several thousand deaths. No, thanks.

The information you provided is inaccurate. There are actually over 13,000 variants of coronavirus because it is a mutable virus just like the flu, therefore, IF someone gets the “vaccine” it will not protect against variants unlike those of us who have had COVID where we are protected against ALL variants.
The vaccine, per the CDC, NIH, and WHO does not prevent or protect against COVID-19, it only makes a person asymptomatic. When a person has a virus and is asymptomatic they spread it without their knowledge. Those who are not vaccinated and appear with COVID symptoms usually stay home because they are sick, just as in cases of a viral or bacterial illness. Those without symptoms, aka the “vaccinated”, spread the virus. So, no, we are not all in this together until everyone is educated on how 7th grad Biology actually works with this experimental inoculation.
In the meantime, the COVID “vaccine” shuts down the immune system and puts it to sleep allowing every virus and bacteria a total hey day in the host. It is a recipe for ultimate disaster and is biological genocide. Good luck.
