COVID-19 & Education Awareness Terms and Conditions

Top Class Actions COVID-19 & Education Scholarship is open to any U.S. resident who:

All applications and essays will be reviewed and considered by a selection committee chosen by Top Class Actions in its sole discretion. This committee will be appointed by Top Class Actions to determine the winner of the $3,500 E-Cigarette Awareness Scholarship. The scholarship winner will be announced within 60 days of the submission deadline, and the committee’s decision will be final.

The June 18, 2021 deadline is firm, and it will not be extended in the event of unforeseen technical issues that may impede submission.

Claims made in submitted essays may be subject to verification by Top Class Actions, and the winner for the COVID-19 & Education Scholarship may be asked to provide additional documentation to back up any of his or her claims. This may include proof of graduation from high school and/or an acceptance letter to an accredited university or college program.

The winner of the COVID-19 & Education Scholarship will receive $3,500 to use toward college or university tuition, books, fees, or supplies that are needed for his or her post-secondary classes. This award is non-transferable.

Privacy Statement

Personal information that is submitted to Top Class Actions in the course of applying for the COVID-19 & Education Scholarship will not be shared, sold, or in any other way distributed to the public or any third party. All collected information will be used by Top Class Action for the sole purpose of selecting the scholarship winner and will not be retained after the winner is selected.

The name of the COVID-19 & Education Scholarship recipient’s name will be subject to an announcement in public media outlets and/or on the Top Class Actions website. By submitting an application, potential award recipients are providing consent for their names to be used in this fashion if selected as the scholarship winner.

Non-Discrimination Statement

The selection committee appointed by Top Class Actions will choose the COVID-19 & Education Scholarship winner based on information submitted in scholarship applications and essays.

In determining the scholarship winner, the selection committee will not consider an applicant’s physical or mental disability, race, sexual orientation or preferences, religion, gender, national origin, or status in any other legally protected category.

The scholarship winner will be selected solely based on his or her eligibility, fulfillment of the application requirements, and consideration of the applications and essays that are submitted.

Notification of Application Status

The selection committee will consider all applications and choose a winner within 60 days after the application deadline of June 18, 2021. All applications must be received by that date to be considered.

The applicant selected as the recipient of the $3,500 COVID-19 & Education Scholarship will be contacted for notification within 60 days after the submission deadline. All other applicants will also be contacted after this time and notified of their application status.
