The settlement benefits consumers whom Gila’s records indicate paid fees or penalties in relation to unpaid tolls owed for Riverlink Toll Bridges after they failed to pay a first or second toll notice and/or a violation notice that was not printed and mailed, and who were not refunded or credited the fees or penalties before Feb. 7, 2022.
